iAremyhair Shanghai Trip

The iAremyhair team celebrated its 5th anniversary with a trip to Shanghai, China in January 2008!

The team had a superb time, taking in the exuberant Shanghai nightlife, visiting popular local tourist hotspots and in general getting a well-deserved break.

We covered plenty of ground in just a short span of time: visiting Shanghai's tallest building (Shanghai World Financial Center), eating 'smelly' tofu, going to a vintage car show and so much more! It wasn't just all play, either. We also met and strengthened ties with our Shanghai partners. It was a joy talking with them and learning about their customs and culture. The trip culminated in a very enjoyable steamboat dinner with our Shanghainese counterparts.

On the day of our departure from Shanghai, all outgoing flights were delayed due to the worst fog in recent local history. Just our luck! But our trip had been so successful that not even the 6-hour wait at the airport for our return flight clouded our fond memories of Shanghai.

We are now back in Singapore, re-energised and raring to serve our loyal customers even more attentively! Do check out some of the photos (above) we took during our trip!
