Shipping & Return
Most orders will be shipped the following business day by UPS. If there is a problem with your order like credit card data or where an item is sold out, we will contact you via email or telephone and your order will be delayed until we receive your response.
- Delivery Charges and Transit Times – Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items ordered and the destination rate.
- Local Delivery – All local orders above the value of SGD 50.00 are entitled to free delivery within Singapore. For local deliveries below SGD 50.00, a delivery charge of SGD 5.00 is added to your purchase amount. Local deliveries are made via Singpost and are dispatched the next working day, and may take 3 to 5 working days to reach the customer.
- International Delivery – For overseas deliveries, simply select your country of destination when your order is done and the shipping cost will be calculated for you. We deliver via UPS, TNT, and Shunfeng. Every UPS package is assigned a tracking number with which you can track your order. This number will be emailed to you as we process your shipment. UPS global express typically takes 2-3 working days to reach most destinations after the order leaves our warehouse. We only accept Cash, Visa, and MasterCard payments.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management.
